Workshops

Hands-on virtual workshop using expressive arts, including music from The Grieving Project audiobook, to help us move through grief, led by award-winning artist Lisa Sniderman (Aoede), who held workshops in 2021-2022 on Creatively Grieving Our Chronic Illnesses. This creative workshop is focused on grieving our losses, changes, and transformations around our chronic illnesses, intended for those living with chronic illness and disabilities, caregivers, and anyone who would like to explore using arts to move through grief. No prior experience required!
